This humorous teaching defines the root of all our problems
in life through the symbology of Snakes, Roosters and Pigs.
These animals are drawn mouth-to-tail in a revolving circle
in the Buddhist painting, 'The Wheel of Life'. Each represents
Anger, Attachment and Ignorance. By evoking this imagery,
H.E. Tsem Tulku Rinpoche urges us to contemplate how our thoughts
and actions are like the animals locked in constant feeding
of each other, thus creating farm-like, distorted disharmony
in our lives. Learn about what these animals represent, and
how we can go beyond ourselves by striking at the instigator
of our sufferings. |
